Sponsorship and Advertising

The Puget Sound Chapter of STC welcomes the support of private organization to help us offer a high quality experience to our members. There are several forms of sponsorship that provide organizations with exposure to over 700 active Puget Sound Chapter members as well as hundreds of others interested in technical communication:

Website Sponsorship

Just $95 provides you with visibility on our chapter web site for an entire year! Your logo (with a link to your web site) will be visible on any one of the following pages of STC PSC: Upcoming Events, Past Events, Membership, Newsletter, Jobs, Sponsorship, Learning, and Volunteers.

You are welcome to sponsor more than one page for an additional fee of $45 per page. Available space is indicated by blank ads on each page.

Competition Sponsorship

Just $195 provides you with exposure to a wide array of technical communicators through our Competition sponsorship. Our competition receives international exposure.

• Listing and link to your company site on the Competition web site page for a full year
• Table display of your marketing materials at our Competition Showcase event
• Listing as a Competition Sponsor in competition promotional materials, including emailings
• Verbal acknowledgement at the Competition Showcase event

Chapter Sponsorship

Just $495 provides you with the best way to make a thorough and long-lasting impact on Puget Sound STC Members. Chapter sponsorship provides a year of the following services:

• Listing and link to your company’s site as a Chapter Sponsor on the home page and Sponsorship pages of the Puget Sound STC website
• Listing as a Chapter Sponsor in chapter marketing and event materials, including emailings
• Permission to distribute information to attendees at chapter events
• Verbal acknowledgement at all chapter events
• Acknowledgement article with organization profile in the newsletter
