Lead Editor/Editing Manager (Part-time staff job, 3 days/week)

I am converting my full-time job to a job-share, and I’m looking for a wonderful editor with lead and/or manager experience to be my job-share partner and work 3 days per week. The job is within the curriculum/training department of a local telecom company. Compensation includes benefits. Because the job-share is not yet officially approved, I can’t share the name of the company here, but will provide more information on request. The job entails: Editorial leadership, project/vendor management, editing (primarily copyediting), and desktop publishing.
