Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop Integrated Media Campaigns/Programs with Strategists, Business Development, Account Managers and Project Managers.

The New Business Manager has the responsibility for establishing strategic priorities for the revenue growth of his/her assigned territory.

The primary focus will be establishing new customer relationships, along with some maintaining and growing of business within existing clientele. This includes establishing near and short-term plans, in conjunction with the Management team, to achieve the Company’s goals while creating a strong value-based brand with the customer base.

The New Business Manager will be held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the acquisition of new business and expansion of existing accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned territory.
  • Develop business through a combination of methods that may include all or in part:
    • Research
    • Lead Generation
    • Prospecting
    • Networking and in-person appointments with new and inactive customers
  • Be responsible for ensuring the creation and maintenance of business plans utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management), with targeted new accounts and completely mapped territories and calendars.
  • Generate viable job orders and offshore engagements from new and inactive accounts.
  • Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and via telephone and other electronic media.
  • Meet all minimum requirements for weekly appointment activity and revenue growth.
  • Be responsible for ensuring completion of all required sales reports and detailed documentation, including timely entry of data into Our Client's CRM and other automated systems.
  • Maintain consistency and integrity of data.
  • Partner with Recruiting teams and Project Delivery teams to ensure delivery to customer requisitions and projects.
  • Participate in Sales and Training discussions.
  • Meet with Principal, CEO and inside staff on a regular basis to communicate all customer service priorities and business/sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of overall experience
  • Extensive Sales experience in a Services or Technical Sales environment
  • Two (2) years of experience:
    • Servicing, supporting, developing and generating major accounts
    • As a New Business/Sales Manager
  • Management or Supervisory experience preferred
  • Recruiting experience highly preferred
  • Offshore Software Sales experience highly preferred
  • Technical background highly preferred
  • C-level contacts and sales experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in comparable field preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Detailed Description

Volt Technical and Creative Communication has a long-term contract position available for a Content Coordinator who is Bilingual in Japanese AND English. The Content Coordinator will be working with the Tech Support group, so the content will be more technical in nature.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Quality Content Creation
    • Use style guide and content creation guidelines to create quality content.
    • Maintain style guide and update SharePoint site as necessary.
  2. Operational Management
    • Monitor the daily bugs and Change Management process.
    • Identify Process Improvement areas and discuss with Operational Program Manager.
    • Create new/updated Content Report and send to Stakeholders by end-of-business each day.
    • Maintain Alerts, Best Bets and content published in Portal.
    • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Company support model, timelines and issues.
    • Monitor and report on the impact of content improvements.
    • Conduct Data Gathering and Analysis to discover information needed to update/create processes.
    • Maintain documentation of process overviews, details and process flows using Visio.
    • Identify and collaborate with the necessary stakeholders for feedback and buy-in for each process designed.
    • Define areas of opportunity and make recommendations to standardize, improve or redesign content to meet customer needs.
  3. Project KM Collaboration
    • Perform project collaboration with Release and Run Program Managers.
    • Participate in project meetings as a Representative.
    • Identify and collaborate with the necessary stakeholders for feedback and buy-in for each process designed.
    • Work as a member of the overall Content team to help drive the infrastructure to design, develop, implement and manage effective processes.
