Introducing MadCap Flare v2.0

This session focuses on the new features in Flare and the
differences between Flare and RoboHelp. Scott will demonstrate Flare's
new round-trip FrameMaker and Word support and discuss how these
features can be used. He will also highlight the key differences
between Flare and RoboHelp, including which RoboHelp features are not
in Flare and features in Flare that are not in RoboHelp. The session
will close with a list of top ten "gotchas" -- differences between
Flare and RoboHelp that can confuse new users.

Scott DeLoach is a founding partner of User First Services
(www.userfirst.net), an Atlanta-based consulting company that
specializes in designing and creating user assistance. He has been
developing online help systems since 1992 and is a certified Flare,
RoboHelp, and Captivate instructor. Scott is the author of the
certified MadCap Flare training guide (with Rob Houser) and MadCap
Flare for RoboHelp Users. He holds a master's degree in Technical and
