The Puget Sound "Competition" judges technical communication entries against a set of international guidelines. Entries meeting and exceeding the guidelines are given awards of Distinguished, Excellence, and Merit. The Showcase is your opportunity to network with your peers and get exposure to leading edge designs. You'll have a chance to talk with the award recipients about their work and get ideas for your own future projects. Over 150 people attended our 2007 Showcase.
When: Tuesday, January 22, 2008
Where: Red Lion Inn / Bellevue
The projects that will be on display represent entries in three different areas: Art, Publications, and Online. We will announce the Best of Show in each of those three categories at the Showcase. If you entered the competition, your certificates and evaluations will be available for pick-up that evening.
This is a free event for members and non-members if you register by Friday, January 18. Arrive at the event any time between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Enjoy a light buffet and join in a raffle for great prizes.
